Learning Requires Effort

The first principle is that you must not fool yourself and you are the easiest person to fool.

― Richard P. Feynman

How do you know if you know something? You test yourself.

It is very easy to think that you know something when you actually do not. To avoid being mistaken, test yourself by writing down what you know.

Tests force you to put forth effort, either revealing what you do not know or reinforcing what you already do.
